Donations & payments

• Donations are processed by licensed providers (PawaPay for mobile money and hosted checkout). Payment data never touches our servers.
• The number you enter for mobile money is the account the funds are taken from.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
• Large or institutional donors may request an invoice before sending funds.

You must NOT

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin areas or backend systems
• Probe, scan, or test the site's security without written permission
• Submit false information or impersonate others through our forms
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content
