   repository are the intellectual property of UNAPENDWA Children's Home
   and Levish Coders. All rights reserved.

2. PERMITTED USE
   You may deploy and operate this software solely for the benefit of
   UNAPENDWA Children's Home — including hosting the website and API,
   processing donations, and managing administrative content.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   Without prior written permission from Levish Coders you may NOT:
   a) Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or republish this code or
      any substantial part of it;
   b) Remove or alter the "Designed & developed by Levish Coders"
      attribution wherever it appears in this software;
   c) Use this code to operate a competing or unrelated service;
   d) Reverse-engineer for the purpose of cloning the platform;
   e) Misrepresent the origin of this work.

4. THIRD PARTIES
   Third-party libraries used by this project (e.g. Express, Tailwind)
   remain under their own licenses. Payment provider integrations
   (PawaPay, Pesapal) are subject to those providers' terms.

5. NO WARRANTY
   This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The
   authors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.

6. CONTRIBUTIONS
   Improvements made for UNAPENDWA Children's Home remain subject to
   this license unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
